1. Agreement

By engaging IDEditServe (a sole proprietorship of Monica Vinnin) or using ideditserve.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide photo retouching, color grading, restoration and editing services. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed in writing per project.

3. Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Projects under $500 are billed upon delivery. Projects $500+ require a 50% deposit. Accepted payment: Stripe, ACH, PayPal. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

4. Revisions

Two revision rounds are included on Signature and High-end tiers. Additional revisions are billed at $75/hour, quoted in advance.

5. Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 48 hours for portrait work and 5–10 business days for wedding galleries. Rush service (24 hours) is available for a 30% surcharge subject to capacity.

6. Cancellation

Projects cancelled before work begins are fully refundable. Projects cancelled after work has started are billed pro-rata for completed work.

7. Ownership and license

You retain all copyright and ownership of the photographs you send us. We grant you full rights to use the retouched files for any lawful purpose. We may use anonymized or watermarked samples in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We treat client files as confidential. NDAs are signed on request at no charge.

9. Warranties and liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Acceptable use

You warrant that you own or have permission to edit any photographs you send. We will not retouch material that is illegal, infringes copyright, or depicts minors in a harmful or sexualized context.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version always lives at ideditserve.com/terms.
