How long does retouching take?+
Most portrait orders ship in 48 hours. Larger wedding galleries take 5–10 business days depending on volume. Rush turnaround (24 hours) is available for a 30% surcharge.
What file formats do you accept?+
We work natively with RAW (CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF, DNG), TIFF and high-quality JPEG. PSDs are also welcome. We can deliver any format you need back.
Do you offer a free sample edit?+
Yes. Every first-time client gets one free sample edit before we quote your project. It's the simplest way to see whether our style matches yours.
How many revisions are included?+
Two rounds are included on the Signature tier and above. Additional rounds are billed at our hourly rate of $75.
How do I send my files?+
We provide a private upload link (powered by Dropbox or WeTransfer) once your quote is approved. No size limits.
Is my work kept confidential?+
Always. We sign NDAs on request and never publish client work without written permission.
Do you use AI to edit?+
No. Every image is hand-retouched in Photoshop by Monica or a vetted member of our small team. We use AI only for non-creative tasks like initial culling suggestions.
Where are you located?+
Our studio is at 7411 Alabama St, New Orleans, LA 70126. We work remotely with clients across the U.S. and internationally.
How do I pay?+
We accept ACH, all major credit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal. Larger projects are billed 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
Do you offer printing?+
We don't print in-house, but we partner with a fine-art lab in New Orleans and can manage the print order on your behalf.
