This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use ideditserve.com or engage our retouching services, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We collect only the information needed to provide our services:

- Project information: the photographs you send us for retouching, brief notes, references and revision requests.
- Billing information: processed through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Site analytics: anonymous information about how the website is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type) via privacy-respecting analytics.
- Cookies: essential cookies for site functionality, plus optional analytics cookies that you may decline via our cookie banner.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the retouching service you've requested.

Project files are retained for 90 days after delivery, then permanently deleted unless you've asked us to keep them. Invoicing records are retained for seven years for tax purposes.

We protect your files with encrypted upload links, two-factor authentication on our internal systems, and daily off-site backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard precautions.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If we discover we've collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
